special terms & conditions

• Minimum hire period of 14 days apply to all hires with a pick up between 01 September and 23 October 2011
  
• One way rental fee of NZ$350 is charged for rentals between the North and South Islands and vice versa
  
• Cancellation fee apply: if cancelled up to 120 days prior to hire date 50% of rental applies; if cancelled 90 days prior to hire date a 100% cancellation fee shall apply. No refund available if late vehicle collection or early return during the hire
  
• A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required upon booking. The balance is due 150 days prior to hire date. If this balance is not paid by this time, the booking maybe cancelled
• Amendments to the hire dates will be at Freedom Campers sole discretion and may be treated as a cancellation of the hire in which case applicable cancellation fees shall apply. No refunds will be made if the hire is shortened.
  
• Payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge of 2% for Visa or MasterCard
  
• Rates are in NZ Dollars and include unlimited kilometres, linen and bedding, kitchen equipment, GST, extra driver fees, airport and airport accommodation transfer upon vehicle collection and return.
  
• This offer may no be used in conjunction with other special offers.
• Diesel tax is included in the daily rate
