• PLEASE NOTE that due to popular demand Backpacker Sleepervans now offers pick up and/or drop off in Queenstown. However, please note that a surcharge of NZ$300.00 applies per hire.
• It is possible to commence your hire in Christchurch and finish it in Auckland (or vice versa) at no extra charge if the rental period is a minimum of fourteen (14) days.
• Insurance is included in the rates
• Unlimited kilometres, and GST (12.5%)
• All charges are calculated on a daily basis, not a twenty-four hour day.
• For all rental vehicles there is a minimum period of five days.
• We do not charge for Road Diesel tax
• Courtesy Airport transfers before and after your hire are included in the price.
• Our bond holding is only $1500NZD (Bond waiver is NZ$12/Day and reduces the bond holding to nil)
• We do not deduct the bond from your Bank account
• Multiple windscreen and tyre cover are included in the minimum insurance
• We do not charge One way fees
• We do not charge for extra drivers

• Payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge of 2% for Visa or MasterCard.
